4th-8th grade to AR winners enjoyed some CiCis pizza and a new book or two for reaching their grade level Accelerated Reader goal for the year.
Lost & Found is overflowing ! We will be sorting by size & setting items out for parents to easily go through Wed.-Fri. of this week (May 1-May 3). Any items not picked up by Fri. afternoon will be donated to charity or taken to Goodwill on Mon.
All Lunch & Before Care bills must be paid on or before May 10th for students to receive awards at the awards assemblies on May 14th.

In this PLTW/STEM activity students learned about Nano fabrics. Each group conducted an investigation by creating their own Nano fabric piece of material and testing it against two other pieces of fabric. They tested each piece of fabric to determine its resistance to wrinkles, water, and stains. Then, they documented all of their results in a data table to compare with other groups.
Through our partnership with Varsity Tutors for Schools, Osage Hills students can now use 24/7 On-Demand Chat Tutoring. When help is needed, connect with a highly qualified expert tutor, day or night. Learning has never been more flexible! You can find the link for Varsity Tutors on the school webpage under the Parent/Student Resources button. Students will use their school email/google accounts to log in to the platform.
Celebration Day! Osage Hills got to celebrate 100% Academic Growth score on last year's state testing.
OHS celebrating having the highest Academic Growth score in the state on last year's OSTP tests! Way to go Warriors! Students and teachers are hard at work preparing for this year's state tests which will take place between April 17th and May 10th.

6th-8th grade had the privilege of honoring the victims of the Oklahoma City bombing by visiting the OKC National Memorial & Museum on March 8th.
2nd graders were tasked with creating their favorite animal or creating something that flies in the LEGO station during library time this week!
The 4th - 8th grade classroom representatives participated in our school's Spelling Bee this afternoon! Kami Mauro-Adams won 1st place and Ethan Unkenholz won 2nd place. These two will be moving on to the OCIC Spelling Bee where they will be competing against other schools on March 13th! Congratulations to those who participated today and a special congratulations to Kami and Ethan!
Our leadership club students did a wonderful job reading Dr. Seuss books to our Lower Hall students to celebrate Read Across America Day! Oh, the places they'll go!
